Made my master distiller Michael Booth, this is easily one of the most interesting products on the market.
It consists of a blend of corn and malted barley. The whiskey is aged in three types of barrels - Canadian whiskey casks, new American white oak casks and first run bourbon casks. The whiskey remains in each cask between 3 and 5 years. What contributes to the purity of the product, is that the water used in its production is from the remote locations of Newfoundland in Canada, where the water is fresh and pollution free.
It is simply the ideal sipping whiskey.
