PIERRE ZERO Non-alcoholic Merlot is a de-alcoholized red wine produced in the South of France and offers a unique taste experience!

The grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of the cooler temperatures when sugar levels are most consistent. The wine is then made using the traditional method and the alcohol is then carefully removed, ensuring the wonderful body and freshness of a premium French wine.

Pierre Chavin

The winery "Pierre Chavin" was founded by Fabien Gross and Mathilde Boulachin. Fabien Gross is a specialist in the production of good wines. He is originally from Alsace. His grandfather, with whom he grew up, had a wine estate and taught him the first subtleties of the craft. Fabien became passionate about viticulture and wanted to get into the scientific and biological aspects of the job. To this end, Fabien began to study applied biology and later enology. After successfully completing this and several other studies, he began a lightning career in the French wine industry. After several senior positions at major French wineries, Fabien wanted to develop his own wine estate. In 2010, his dream became a reality and he founded the Villa Noria estate where he focuses on producing organic, eco-friendly wines. There, our winegrower met Mathilde Boulachen, a marketing specialist, and together they founded the Pierre Chavin wine estate. At Pierre Chavin, Fabien is responsible for blending the different wines and for creating different brands, each of which tells its own story.

Mathilde is originally from Cézanne in the Champagne region, so she too grew up in a world dominated by wine.

That's why her passion for wine is strong in her.Mathilde quickly realized that she eventually wanted to work in the wine industry, but first she wanted to learn and explore the world.After acquiring many degrees in sales and marketing, she went to live for a time in the USA, Spain and Scandinavia.There she became a brand manager for a multinational wine and spirits import company.She returned to France and in 2008 started working for Avina, an agency that helps winemakers with marketing and communication.Shortly afterwards, he founded Pierre Chavin together with Fabien Gros.

"But what about Pierre Chavin?", well, Pierre Chavin doesn't really exist.He was invented by Fabien and Mathilde.There, our winegrower met Mathilde Boulachen, a marketing specialist, and together they founded the Pierre Chavin wine estate.At Pierre Chavin, Fabien is responsible for blending the different wines and for creating different brands, each of which tells its own story.
Every wine produced by Pierre Chavin meets at least one of these three criteria, and usually more than one.
