An elegant and fresh interpretation of this noble variety. In an effort to express the terroir in the most authentic and good way, the grapes are processed by two different methods separately in stainless steel vessels. After blending them at the end of the fermentations, the result has a delicate citrus profile, delicate acacia notes and a slight hint of croissant with butter.
