Vinified using two different methods in stainless steel vessels, the final blend of this Sauvignon Blanc reflects the typicity in the flavour profile and is characterised by mostly fresh cherry and citrus notes that are discreetly complemented by exotic fruit. The body is ethereal, but also rounded as a result of ageing on the fine lees.
