Bone Dry Hippie Sauvignon Blanc

Funky, Fresh, Open, Trendy, Crazy are key words that describe the first white wine of the Wine Hippies.

Made from vineyard grown on a sandy soil in a very windy area close to Black Sea coastland probably one of the best terroirs for fresh Sauvignon Blanc in Bulgaria, dominated by yellow fruits, mineral notes and pink grapefruit. Just a touch of Pinot Gris in the blend makes the wine fresh and crisp.
