40% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, from 35 different vineyards and vintages, aged to perfection.

In the constant search and desire for renewal, the Champagne Taittinger team decided to express more openly the sensory qualities coming from the serious presence of the Chardonnay grape variety in the House wines. It was necessary to recreate in a more tangible way the delicacy and precision that the Chardonnay variety brings to each of the Taittinger cuvées. Now, through the new Diamond Bubble gift box, subtle diamond bubbles, a promise of a moment of escape, seem to chase each other across the boxes in a play of light. They perfectly embody the promise and ideal of Champagne Taittinger - the pleasure of the moment.

The brilliant body of this Champagne is golden yellow in colour. The bubbles are wonderful, the head is discreet but also lengthy. The nose, open and expressive, delivers aromas of fruit and brioche. It also dissolves aromas of peach, white flowers - hawthorn and acacia, and vanilla. The entry to the palate is lively, fresh and in total harmony. This is a delicate wine with flavors of fresh fruit and honey, and offers excellent aromatic potential. The high proportion of the Chardonnay variety - unique among quality non-vintage Champagnes, and aging for a minimum of 3 years in the house cellar where the development of flavors reaches its peak, makes it a delicately balanced wine known for its consistent quality throughout the world.
