Very beautiful, shining, pale pink with delicate soft nuance color.

Intensive, fresh character and mostly fruity - you can find nuances of transformed strawberry and ripe cherry. In the palate are released aromas of nuts, dry apricot and soft nuances of toasted bread crust.

The taste is elegant, with continuous effect and soft freshness. Ends classy, fresh, with long memory for the aroma of apricot and toast notes. The game is long, detachable miniature pearls are very fine and form incredible spirals in the sparkling wine.

Aging: minimum 18 months with the yeast

Consume it as a "Welcome Drink" with sushi ( raw seafood), intensive ripe cheeses ( parmigiano) or absolute.

My favourite Bulgarian sparkling wine. 10 times nicer than any of the French NV big brand champagne. If it's on the menu in a restaurant I always order it. And the big bonus? It's not 200lv in restaurants like the French ones are
