100 % Muscat Ottonel
The colour has the characteristic orange hue of this type of wine. The aroma is intensely floral, typical of the Muscat otonel variety, slightly spicy and yet with hints of citrus fruit. On the palate there is a good phenolic persistence but with a soft and pleasant structure. It has a fresh acidity that balances the combination of sweetness and tannins in the taste perfectly. Tones of lychee, quince and floral elements can be detected. The aftertaste islingering and leaves a reminder of honey and well-ripened yellow apples and wild pears, combined with well-defined grassy nuances.
Seеwines Spirit is a producer of wine and spirits. It owns its own vineyards planted with this grape variety in the land of the village. Lesichovo, Pazardzhik. A small part of these vineyards is a kind of library of endemic Bulgarian varieties - Mavrud, Ruby, Thracian Glory and others. It is these varieties that inspire the company's chief oenologist Mariana Galabova for the limited series of Enso wines.
