The vineyards are located near the town of Kavarna. The vineyards are cultivated by following biodynamic practices, no pesticides are used and no artificial fertilizers are used. The work in the vineyards is exclusively manual, which allows strict monitoring of the quality of the grapes. The climate is Black Sea, and the constant breezes have a beneficial effect on the aeration in the rows and also protect the grapes from a sharp rise in sugars and keep the acids in excellent condition.
The colour is pale, straw yellow with subtle greenish tints. The aroma offers pleasant notes of white flowers, stone fruits such as apricot and nectarine, but also of a good ripe yellow apple. On the palate the wine is fresh, light and airy, with a subtle sweetness and velvety softness on the finish and a long aftertaste with a slight hint of minerality.
