The brand was founded by John Walker in 1820. Today Johnnie Walker is the best-selling whiskey in the world. Distinctive elements are the square bottle, the sloping label, the striding man and of course the slogan Keep Walking.
This is the last whiskey blended by Sir Alexander Walker, the genius grandson of Johnny Walker in 1932. It is so named because of its unique bottle, whose unusual bottom allows it to tilt back and forth but not fall.
It has a sweet aroma of almonds, with an extremely mild taste, light freshness and fruity flavors, covered with soft smoke and oak notes. The finish is slightly peat, with a short bitterness and sweetness of caramel candy. It is consumed neat or with ice.
