80% Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris, 20% Roussanne
Pale and brilliant color with yellow-green reflections. The aroma reveals an expressive mineral attack, accompanied by distinct notes of ripe white fruits (pear, white peach) and delicate hints of vanilla. The palate is full and rich, offering a refined blend of citrus fruits, white fruits, and mineral nuances. The finish is fresh and surprisingly long.
Hand-harvested from 90-year-old vines. Cold maceration with fine lees at 0°C for 20 days. Fermentation at 16°C after settling. Malolactic fermentation for 5% of the blend to preserve richness and density. 30% of the wine is aged in new French oak barrels for 4 months.
