This LMS is a blend of Merlot and Malbec
The wine has attractive vivid dark red color. The aromas on the nose are very intensive with nuances od ripe berry fruits, cherry, mint and eucalyptus with spicy notes. Very smooth and velvet on the palate, well balanced medium to full bodu with rich flavour profile. Touch of sweetness in the longlasting finish.

Situated in close proximity to the Zhrebchevo (Stallion) Dam, on the hillsides of Sredna Gora. From that location, we have derived the name of our most successful wines: Stallion, symbol of the emergence of new life, full of energy and love.
The soil composition is heterogeneous, and includes sandstone, cinnamon-forest and clay-calcareous soils.
The Angel's Estate possesses 1065 ha of new vineyards planted in 2007-2008: 50 ha near Chervenakovo village and 56 ha near Banya village
The proportion of the grape varieties is as follows: 70% of red wine grapes and 30% of white wine grapes. Red varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Petit Verdot and white varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Gewurztraminer
The vine density is 5000 vines per ha using 2 m per 1 m spacing between the vines. The vine training system is Double Guyot.
Total floor area of the wine cellar: 14 000 sq. m., of which 7 000 sq. m. are underground. This facilitates fermentation by gravity.
The Angel's Estate has a processing capacity of 650 T of grapes: Fermentation Room, Floor area of 3 000 sq. m. with 88 fermentation tanks, of which: 50 stainless-steel tanks, thermo insulated, with a capacity of 7.8 T each; 15 French oak barrels, thermo insulated, with a capacity of 7 T each; 22 stainless-steel tanks, thermo insulated, with a capacity of 8 metric T each, for white wine and one blending vessel with a capacity of 30 metric T
Winemaking Technology - Traditional, using mainly manual labour. Wine Maturation: There are two cellars for aging of wine in 225-liter barrique wine barrels with a capacity of 1 400 barriques, plus 420 barriques on two temperature-controlled levels.
