On the palate, the wine is soft and velvety with a voluminous body and fruit character. A long and memorable finish of stone fruit and chocolate nuances.
Grape harvest 20 September 2021. fermentation in inox 25 days. Ageing in 500 litre oak barrels for 12 months. No stabilising treatments.
