100% Rubin
The grapes for this wine come from the vineyards in Terziysko village, south of Sungurlage. The vineyard have been planted in 2007. Harvetsted in the second half od September by hand with 700kg/ acr yield. Cold maceration for 5 days at 10C, alcoholic fermentation for 6 days at controlled temperature between 23-25C and days post fermentation maceration. The wine has been aged for 12 months in french oak barrels.
As most of the wine in Enoteca line, Enoteca Rubin 201 is experimental wine. Until 2018, they have never had good Rubin to make a top wine. With this wine they celebrate their 10th Anniversary and give attention to the importance of the vineyar's age.
