White Blend : Grenache Blanc, Macabeu, Grenache Gris, Vermentino.
A wine with a lovely, pale lemon colour. After aeration, aromas of white flowers, acacia, elderflower open up on the nose, developing to notes of fresh stone fruits such as juicy white peaches. On the palate this lively wine has plenty of energy and very nice acidity. Its fine texture and elegant aromas linger for a pleasantly refreshing finish.
Hand harvested, hand double sorted grape clusters. Generous, delicate maceration. Spontaneous fermentation in 50 hl stainless steel vats. Use of natural (wild) yeasts, no addition of SO2. Maturing in concrete containers before bottling. No addition of SO2 even at bottling
