Orbelia Estate Reserva Melnik is wine made from a single 40 years old vineyard in Mitinovo village in the heart of the most recognised wine region in Bulgaria - Melnik.
Limited quantity: 1467 bottles only.
Aged 27 months in Bulgarian oak barrels and more than 15 months already in a bottle . Bottles on July 07, 2019.
After the malolactic fermentation the wine is aged in oak barrels - Bulgarian oak barrels from three different producers. Each barrel has its own influence on the wine's aroma and flavours for the best result.
Orbelia estate Reserva SML 2016 has amazing ruby red color. Multilayered aromas with good barique notes, spicy, leather, mocca and delicate vanilla touch. On the palate is powerful, concentrated, long yet fresh and harmonious with spicy finish.
