Sparkling, brilliant pale yellow colour with green highlights. Expressive and complex nose marked by aromas of exotic fruits, golden apple and white flesh fruits like pear, combined with hints of white flowers. On the palate this wine is fresh and rich, a good balance that remains in the finish. This cuvée was made after a drastic selection between vineyards from the Mediterranean and the foothills of the French Alps and the central Massif area. A very expressive and fresh, balanced and charming style.
This wine comes from areas that are very sunny during the day but relatively cool at night. This heat alternative helps a lot to give a very good aromatic complexity. This phenomenon as well as the difference in altitude between the sea and the foothills regulate the ripening of the grapes. The soil type is mainly limestone and slightly clayey.
