A living red wine from biodynamic Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
A natural, living wine made from organic, biodynamic grapes grown in Bulgaria’s first Demeter-certified biodynamic farm — Bio Farm Polyana — located at the foot of the Strandzha Mountain. The grapes are cultivated without the use of any chemical substances (such as sulfur, copper sulfate, etc.). They embody only the natural forces of nature and the unique qualities of their own terroir.
The wine is completely natural — with no added sulfites, synthetic chemicals, or oenological additives. As a result, even in the bottle, dozens of strains of microorganisms remain alive. A natural bouquet of enzymes, bacteria, probiotics, minerals, and vitamins. The wine has been aged in French oak barrels.
You’ll discover vibrant, gently earthy aromas and flavors, with notes of wild berries and vanilla.
The wine should be decanted at least two hours before drinking to awaken the living microorganisms inside.
Enjoy it with pasta, red meats, and aged cheeses.
