Orange biodynamic wine from Sauvignon blanc.
A living, natural, organic wine made from biodynamically grown grapes in Bulgaria’s first Demeter-certified biodynamic farm – Polyana – located at the foot of the Strandzha Mountain.
The grapes are cultivated without the use of any chemical substances (such as sulfur, copper sulfate, etc.).
This wine captures only the pure forces of nature and the true character of its terroir. It is entirely natural — made without added sulfites, synthetic chemicals, or oenological additives. As a result, even inside the bottle, dozens of strains of living microorganisms continue to thrive. A natural bouquet of enzymes, bacteria, probiotics, minerals, and vitamins.
The orange wine is produced using the red winemaking method – after crushing, the grape juice is left to macerate with the skins during fermentation. This process gives the wine a richer, deeper aroma not typically found in white wines.
You’ll discover complex aromas of thyme, chamomile, hay, citrus, and honey. The palate is impressively long-lasting.
Best enjoyed chilled — and can be decanted. Try it with pasta, white meats, hard cheeses, or simply on its own.
