On the nose is very fine and delicate with flowers, acacia notes, rich medium body, nice minerallity.
Due to its aromatic profile, Dimyat is matching well with asian cuisine but also with Bulgarian traditional gyuvech, fish. Pasta and risotto with asparagus and/or cream sauses, cheese cakes, nuts
