1. Midalidare Estate Brut - bulgarian sparkling wine. 100% Chardonnay, made according to traditional method (classic champagne production technology), Thracian Lowland, Mogilovo. It has a sparkling, golden-yellow colour with a light green hue. The aroma overflows into the taste with the sensation of green apple and citrus peel. Fresh and firm body with good structure. The finish is long and elegant with an apple and citrus aftertaste.
2. Edoardo Mirolio Blanc de Blanc - 100% Chardonnay, traditional method. EM Blanc de Blanc has a straw yellow colour with golden hues. Long lasting and fine perlage. Its aroma is intense, elegant and subtle. There is a complex nose of grapefruit, lemon and white fruit, with sage and shortbread on the finish. Complex, subtle, fresh, dry, intense and pleasing to the palate, EM Blanc de Blanc is a well-balanced wine with harmonious aromas and flavours.
3. SATIN Brut Rose Logodaj - the first sparkling rose wine from the winery of Logodaj , made using the traditional method from Shiroka Melnishka variety! The sparkling wine Logodaj Satin Rosé has a pale ruby color, along with aromas of wild cherries and strawberries, envelops with a delicate perlage and leads to a fresh finish.
