The wine was aged in French barrels for 428 days, including malolactic fermentation.
The wine is stunning from the start , with incredibly pure and beautiful aromas of violets and cherries, backed by minerality and fine acidity. Deeper down, we can already detect hints of plum, blackcurrant, blackberry and delicate toasted coffee coming precisely from the French oak barrels.
On the finish we can detect tobacco and earthy notes that play an important role in adding depth and complexity to the wine, making it beautiful and complex.
