Aged 11 months in stainless steel.
After more than 10 vintages of vinification with aging in Bulgarian oak, for the first time show the "authentic" face of the terroir. A varietal Cabernet Sauvignon from Karabunar from our 56 year old vines. They believe that an old vine carries wisdom and can tell a magical tale gathered in a glass of wine in a way that a young vine could not.
A rich, if slightly transparent, ruby colour. Fresh varietal nose of blackcurrant and red berries. Gentle body with medium length and a spicy aftertaste of pepper and oriental spices. Smooth tannins and fresh acids.
